ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Value information for a consequential decision

A home may need to be sold, retained by one party, or considered in a broader property settlement. An appraisal provides an opinion of value for the agreed purpose and effective date.

Tell us whether the request is for a current value or a prior date, and whether an attorney or other professional has specified report requirements. We can discuss the scope before work begins.

THE PROCESS

How the request begins

Scheduling and report delivery: Appointments are typically available within 1–2 business days. The completed appraisal report is typically delivered 1–3 business days after the property inspection.

  • Share the property address and why the appraisal is needed.

  • Confirm the intended use, effective date, and any relevant instructions.

  • Arrange access to the property and receive the written report.

PRICING

Appraisals start at $500.

Complex assignments are quoted individually. Fee and scope are confirmed before work begins.
