ABOUT THIS SERVICE

A value opinion for a specific earlier date

The report addresses the property as of the requested effective date, rather than simply applying today’s market conditions. That date and the purpose of the report shape the assignment.

Common reasons include estate administration and other personal or professional matters. If you have a date from an attorney or tax professional, share it when you contact us.
