ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Know the appraised value before you list or sell

A pre-listing or pre-sale appraisal can help when a home is unusual, when recent improvements are hard to price, or when you want a documented opinion before setting a list price or considering an offer. We review the property and relevant market sales for the agreed valuation date.

The report gives you a supported opinion of value to discuss alongside your listing strategy. Buyers, terms, and market conditions ultimately shape the sale price.
